Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes. We offer standard and express options for both domestic and international deliveries. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout once a delivery address has been added, and the final amount is shown before payment is taken.
Please note: any customs duties, import taxes or local delivery fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic standard (US): 5–8 business days
- Domestic express (US): 2–3 business days
- International standard: 10–20 business days
- International express: 5–10 business days
Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and may be affected by customs clearance or local courier delays.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your domestic package has not arrived within 15 business days, or your international package within 30 business days, contact us at seeuflikx@gmail.com and we will investigate or arrange a replacement.
Returned & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
